Had one of my submissions blocked due to CPUz windows not being in the upload file. If you like CPUz inside the file, then you should update the rules to say so.

Not an official rule but what I do is submit without CPU-Z and disable points, just to be able to compare with others.

Yes but please note the 'headless' part. That's for terminal version ran under non-Windows.

Regardless, if you want the CPUz windows included in the upload file, clearly say so in the rules.
