Posted September 5, 20159 yr Nice one for that voltage. Has it "stepless" overclocking option? (for example not only 100/103/105/110/115/120/124/133/140 MHz clock options but possible to set 133/134/135/136... ??)
September 5, 20159 yr Thanks! The CPUZ does not display the correct voltage. Correct voltage = 1.6v. Try uppdating bios (03/28/2002)
September 5, 20159 yr What clocker on it? looks like on abit st6, then pos overclock by setfsb up to 250+mhz by 1mh step. 139 its not result, only 230+ for intel 815 plz
September 5, 20159 yr Sweet mainboard It look like a good main for retro gaming if it doesn't overclock well
September 5, 20159 yr Author Clockgen is something like RTM5?0-2?? (so maybe RTM560-25R ??). 139 its not result, only 230+ for intel 815 plz You're right I'm wondering if is this EPOX a good mobo compared to TUSL2/CUSL2/ST6...
September 5, 20159 yr Ye, like on ST6-ST6E. imho why not, all 815 mobos can 200+. iwill, asus, abit, gigabyte, etc...why not epox? nice looking mobo. Edited September 5, 20159 yr by gradus
September 6, 20159 yr Author imho why not, all 815 mobos can 200+. iwill, asus, abit, gigabyte, etc...why not It's the same reason why not all of my NF2 based mobos (eg. Aopen) was able to do >200 MHz FSB. Most of them of course did >230+ but best were Abits, Asus and DFI. Main reason are poor bioses (I think it's also something with electrical paths and manufacturer's care to quality and signal integrity (and many other things maybe)).
