March 11, 20169 yr - You're Apprentice. - Yes you can join Pro OC, and will be automatically change to Elite. - If you're not join Pro OC you not an elite, if you join you will change to Elite. Don't join Elite League if you don't have support from manufature, you dont benefit anything. Sorry my english is not good.
