but I was using windows 10,,,, :'(

Rules are Win 8 or later are not allowed for HWBOT prime... so also WIN10...

Hi,

makes no difference, for amd and intel before skylake only win7 is allowed for hwbot prime - so please try to use win7 and you will get a valid result
