Coldish ambient air 5000@1.39V CPU-Z wp32m. Normal room air 4900@1.34V wp32m. All tests done in an EP45-UD3P that cheats a bit with vcore, shows 0.015-0.030V lower in CPU-Z than what actual is. Can try phase max, but my phase is very weak and this cpu is super hot, but my best wolfdale I ever had based on MHz/volts up to the point I can test it with phase.
