what could be the worth of i7 4790k 5GHz @ 1.4V? XTU stress test stable. Chip is CLU delided, IHS lapped.

250-300 USD. Bought one similar for 250 USD from Filmbot, but was 5 GHz stable at a bit higher voltage. What else it can do in order to gain some more value?
