Is it allowed to use new polaris cards if they launch in the competition?

I already had some submissions deleted when Fury x came out in the midle of a competition

Exactly, hardware must be retail and available at start of the competition = no Polaris :) . Also no Broadwell-E, even though this does not hit on this division, but this is the pattern - 1st of may counts here
