Noob question...I just don't get it. I got mymy 7700k to OC to 5.2 GHz as well (5.0 GHz cache). Watched the temps and clock speeds on HWMonitor throughout the whole XTU benchmark. No thermal throttling or anything. It ran at 5.2 GHz the whole time. Yet I can't even break 1400??

Memory timings, OS, temperature is too high.
