I'm sorry, but can you point me to the rule that explicitly says that?, because the rule that I see is that if your board can adjust bclk, W10 is not allowed. I doesn't say that if you do not adjust bclk then you can use W10. How about I bench at 30 x 133 and then change settings to 40 x 100 for screenshot? Bclk is 100. Am I a cheat?
