Base Clock not OC on i5 6500

Trying to OC my i5 6500 but will not go pass the base clock. Can someone help? Bios is at version F5e.

I'm using OC bios unless you're talking about the beta bios that starts with an f#(a-e). Other than that, I don't see my motherboard listed. But I remember seeing someone using the same motherboard I have and was able to OC to 4.5GHz also had the list of beta bios/OC bios for my motherboard. But i need to know the specific beta bios/OC bios that I need to use cause I have tried using f5c f5d and f5e(currently using).
