Is using HWmonitor to show CPU temperatures OK?

We(/r/overclocking) also have Kabylake scores that aren't using the in built monitoring but some other monitoring software. Is that OK?

Idle temperature monitoring is not possible the way Asus handles it - this is why we refer to the 60 degrees celsius as lowest load temp accepted

Someone reported my XTU run because they believe I went below 25. Hopefully your statement clears up any misconceptions.

I am pretty sure you went below 25, but that´s nothing we can enforce without mandatory screenshot, so you are above 60 on load and this complies to the rules

I don't want to be that guy, I want to play fair. Rather than posting another score without a screenshot or potentially skirting the rules with the existing submission, I decided to delete the prior run and post a new one. Still on the line for sure, but it's clear nothing wacky is going on; just fans on blast and good ambient.

On delidded highend cooled cpu it doesn´t make big difference anyway, you now have 83, delta is same, this is why going with minimum load temp at limit makes more sense to avoid dice or phase cooling. TZhanks nontheless for your effort, I am pretty sure now also the guys who report fast understand the way we have to handle it :)
