February 20, 20188 yr The HWBOT Prime app was running smooth on my Note 8 running Android 7.0. However today as I updated to Android 8.0 whenever now I open the app it only loads a blank screen on the start up and gradually crashes after few seconds. Can anyone please help me fix it??

April 25, 20205 yr You should reboot then check for Android updates and re-update apps, check for other larger apps.
September 5, 20223 yr You may have downloaded the app improperly, and all you need to do is to reinstall the app to fix the crashing problem: Go to Settings > “Apps” or “Application manager” > Choose the app that crashes > Tap the “Uninstall” option to make it.
