MaJ0r Posted January 28, 2011 Posted January 28, 2011 Nice result and RAM. Is your based on Elpida Hyper chips? Quote
steponz Posted January 28, 2011 Posted January 28, 2011 Yep, hyper... Couldn't run them at all in the other board... The gtx6's I have don't seem to run well on any p67 board.. Quote
Linuxfan Posted January 28, 2011 Posted January 28, 2011 Not good efficiency but crazy chip dude. Very jealous. Quote
steponz Posted January 28, 2011 Posted January 28, 2011 yeah yeah.. I know... getting there.. mem has been been a major problem... getting better and better though... Quote
steponz Posted January 28, 2011 Posted January 28, 2011 Still a little tricky with the dual bios.. once you see the old bios come up power off power supply let lights on board go dead and fire up again.. board will then use the newest bios... a pita.. but works like a charm... Â Thanks guys.. Quote

Linuxfan Posted January 29, 2011 Posted January 29, 2011 Hey Stepnoz check the threads you can update the 2nd BIOS to the new one as well so you don't have to mess around with the dual boot PITA... Use a PS-2 keyboard and hit Alt+F12 when you turn it on.... Quote
