Hello, I need help !!! since 3 months impossible to recalculate my points in my account ,,,,, we can correct the problem, thank you.

Why do you want to recalculate? If you want road to pro points set division to Pro oc btw, or points will not count to your ranking because it is the only result you have and now is set to division I

The button is temporaly disabled for all the members, not only you. This was done on purpose because there was a major update to the point assigned in every rank (Rev 7.0 or 7.1).

I found a submissions where there are no points for the member, but only for the team (and I can't force recalculation from the one from old competitions). Is there a way to force re-enable points from all my submissions? Thanks

GPUI 3,3 seems to give only team points. I have no idea why, and I wonder why it is allowed anyway bc it is same benchmark like normal GPUPI, only programmed better and faster xD. Maybe yu ask at support about this, if it is another result you can post it for recalculation or fix there as well

Tried support. It get me this error: "The page you are trying to access is not available for your account."

What am I doing wrong?
