Shipping will be $7 to the lower 48 with priority shipping. I will ship it overseas if you pay customs and whatever. The chip is delided. I don't know what it does overclocked since I used an aio with wacky mounting pressure and never messed with llc. I'd expect 5ghz for physics at 1.35v but it may be lower. The imc can do 4000 cl13 on air, the igpu has always been enabled so keep that in mind. It can probably do higher than 5ghz with hyper threading off or igpu off but ymmv.
