HWBOT GEEKBENCH RULES DISCUSSION THREAD

Featured Replies

Excuse me, crew.

I often overclock and benchmark my i7 870.

But my machine's OS is Linux, also I use CPU-X in order to get hardware information instead of CPU-Z.

It means I can't submit benchmark score?

Since the maxmem rules came up in a different thread (had no idea this was a thing). Do we know if this is an issue on platforms with less than 2GB of ram? I will be benching socket 939 soon for example and want to know if it's a known issue to run less than 2GB of ram, I don't want to sub bugged scores.

That should not be a problem as them CPUs are really cache limited, have fun!

any issues with;

*launching GB from command line

*opening the GUI for validation after the test completes
