Yes its an AMD A6-3650..already reported it to Asrock but they sent me a bios that unlocked it further to 47x multi..ain't my fault..its my boards fault..

 

if you're not even convinced you can grab a sample of the board and the same bios and try it yourself..i suppose i ain't to blame for this mistake..
