is there a performance diffence between those 2 ?

cause i currently have a binned 3770k and i have problems with it (this was a costa rica one)

i currently going to change (test another one) to see if my problems are fixed after the change.

so yeah is there a difference ?

costa clocks higher for core frequency, malay seems to have nicer IMC, but suck (average 6.4 from my experience)

wel i won't go over 5GHz (im now on water and a beginner so )

I vote for Costa Rica. Even though Malay might have better IMC, it's harder to utilize it, e.g. you need really high-clocking memory.

You'll have higher gains with better clocking cores.
