Device ID is accurate.

 

GPU-Z relies on device driver for name (rather than internal database), so easy solution will be to mod the driver to add(rename) 0606 as 8800GS

Is this driver tweaked for SLI?

I saw similar results with this driver (173.67) as it was released only for 9800gx2 .

For every other card you have to you a modded inf file .

Using modified inf , some times gives such results
