^ You should not be running PSC at 9-13-11-36, timings should be more like 8-12-8-28 etc. . . for those speeds.

 

Your PSC seems Hynix based:D

Well, 1600 CL9 isn't such a great bin.

 

It could even be some of the "bad" PSC ( Txx ).

I have try two kit of memory on my UD4H that have PSC:

 

F3-12800CL9D-4GBXL:

Powerchip XFZ494A3G-A

 

TRANSCEND TX1600KLU-4GK:

Powechip

 

With G.SKILL I can run CAS 8-13-11-36 @ 1185 mhz and CAS 9-13-11-36 @ 1280 mhz

 

With Transcend I can run only CAS 8-13-11-36 @ 1185 mhz

 

With higher frequency an timings i have problems, mboard error code 51.
