I have a problem , the R4E no boot , indicate Debug Code "02" and not boot.

    I Flash back the Bios to 2105 version but code debug "02" persist.

    Can be are the PSU ?? Or mobo ??

     

    I think on two things ... any suggestion ?? for sure and fix problem ...

    Probably fix the problem with RMA board , first i try with another PSU ....
