Very good CPU cores! Is this the max of Uncore ?

I could get the uncore higher but I wasn't able to get the core as high when I did.

 

Unfortunately this chip died and I'm not quite sure what happened. I did most of my benching around -130°C. I found out that this chip actually didn't have a CB with certain settings. I was in the process of dropping it down (no load). Temperatures has finally bottomed out around -185°C or so and then the computer turned off. It never turned on again
