Massman - DDR3 @ 936MHz - 893.3 marks MaxxMem

This board isn't really good for Maxxmem. There's a wall AND the performance CPC isn't what it should be :(

Now testing a new bios - the wall is even more apparent than before (although I can now boot at 235 1:4 (1880). 234Mhz HTT stable boot to bench, 235MHz boot to windows load.

Yah cpc is off in 890FXA-GD70 as well. Luckily just got in contact with msi, not sure if they will fix it but can't hurt to ask.

At first sight, it looks like mem-write and latency are not what they should be, what makes me think some IMC issue.

Any idea on how to fix it manually?

Try MRL values. They may be really slack.

Also try booting at 234, loosening MRL and then using OC knob see if it goes higher.

It's just a guess but that should just boost reads not write and latency, always suspected they run some internal latency that is not visible slack to get higher clocks.

Ok, figured out what's going wrong. Instead of 820-ish, I now get 950-ish with same timings/clocks!
