If it's a 2.8c and not a 1.4ES why you have submitted to the 1.4ES category and not to the 2.8c ??

it's a 1.4ghz, just look in the "specification" line in cpu-z.

the cpus clocks stock with 14x100.

it's an ES, so it runs with 100mhz fsb.

It's not a full database but a very good one for sure.

 

And the stepping is a bit too good for such low speed.
