Covering driver info- should be made illegal?

Sometimes I see scores submitted where the GPU driver info has been very deliberately masked... or tactically masked with the edge of another window.

 

Should this be made illegal?

According to this: http://hwbot.org/blog/wp-content/clipboard04.jpg it's illegal. I don't see any need in adding a rule. There's a difference though whether this was made one or all the time.

Common sense applies for minor mistakes like these. If the score looks fair enough for the clocks, then it's probably legal. However, it it looks a bit weird, a detail like that may be enough to take it down.

Allright... I thought it was some info that was accidentally "erased" by the edge of another window or something. This is quite different, I'll send him a PM.
