August 28, 201312 yr Thanks:) CPU still alive but was @LN2 only one time so far - got validation of 6.2ghz @1.7v 4/4 with Giga z87x-ud3h but then motherboard died. Will try it on M6F this week. CPU is 5.25ghz 2/2 full stable under SS and really loves voltage.

August 28, 201312 yr Author Yes temp is a bitch. My last cpu was delidded as you probably saw and could handle the heat, but since I broke the core I'd rather live with 100-200 MHz less.
