CPU still alive but was @LN2 only one time so far - got validation of 6.2ghz @1.7v 4/4 with Giga z87x-ud3h but then motherboard died. Will try it on M6F this week. CPU is 5.25ghz 2/2 full stable under SS and really loves voltage.

Nice, 1.7 ain't much. My cpu scaled all the way to 1.77 on SS lol. What SS do you have?

Yes temp is a bitch. My last cpu was delidded as you probably saw and could handle the heat, but since I broke the core I'd rather live with 100-200 MHz less.
