TerraRaptor Posted September 30, 2013 Share Posted September 30, 2013 Hello all I have tried to upload a validation file of 3Dmark03 (done with v360) but 3dmark.com gives the following error: Upload failed: Support URL: http://www.3dmark.com/receivingfailed?error=4&product=3dm03&submitinfoid=19411383 Message: Unsupported Futuremark SystemInfo version. You can update only the Futuremark SystemInfo without reinstalling whole benchmark.; (problemId:19411383) Exception: any chance to help me with this? Install a modern SystemInfo. If you cannot update it (03 still sees the old one) then you are using the old version of 3DMark03 that has embedded SI. In such case you have to uninstall 3DMark03 and SystemInfo, then install 03 and latest SystemInfo standalone installer.
