CPU 3D benchmark comparisons

Featured Replies

I would like to know if it is possible to bring back the feature from the previous version of Hwbot that allowed one to click on the CPU in an expanded 3D benchmark which opened a screen showing results of your CPU in comparison to others with that CPU in the 3D benchmarks? :ws:

Can You make new kinds of leagues for cpu? Submit scores of only cpu, using 3dmarks, testing only them and give hwboins like in other tests? I think it is great idea! (and scores of sound tests in 3dmark 03)

Using 3DMark as a CPU test? 3DMark was not build as a cpu benchmark, but as a gpu benchmark, so I'd rather find another benchmark to add to the suite :)

My question over this though (sorry to dig up an old thread) is that although the 3DMark series is mostly a GPU tool, it still involves some CPU benches, therefore the results are always skewed towards the higher clocked CPUs. Is there no way to award points for the GPU/CPU combination, rather than just the GPU?
