knopflerbruce
So, 478 mobo #2 ASUS P4C800 Deluxe. Same PCB as the two other boards in this series. Found vdroop/vdroop/vmem for the -E Deluxe one, I suppose they work here as well, if I feel like trying. I see there are alot of missing parts in the CPU socket area, so I guess I can add a few things (some are present on the "-E" board). Also, cap replacement could be a good idea? I don't know if I have droop issues, but the core voltage is all over the place - this could be due to bad caps I suppose. Large, green caps are d10, and say (M)105C, 3171, 2a, KZE 1200µF, 16v. Smaller, purple/gold ones are d8 I think. Maybe d7. These ones say 105C, 0309, RLX, 6.3V, 1500µF. Chip inside CPU socket measured 4.3mm x 7.3mm and say 2V100 S2241 MOSFETs seem to follow a pattern, where one spot is always empty, one says 13N03LA and one says (I think) 0GN03LA. Pictures attached. Not sure if the back of the board is useful in this case.
Crew Antinomy Posted January 8, 2014 Crew Share Posted January 8, 2014 All these caps were on on media edition of the board.
