Buy another Gene V No seriously if you want to try something else I can really recommend GIGABYTE Z77X-UD3H or UP4. The UD4H you mention is like a hybrid of these two that combines UP4's very strong VRM and UD3H's nice features like start button, post decoder display and voltage measure points. But I don't think there's any guarantee that you're next board won't suffer the same unlucky behavior with ln2... but I've heard of a lot of cold problems with the Gene. Might be because it's such a popular board, that there are more people using it with ln2 than any other. Anyway, my vote is for UD4H.

is piledriver slower than bulldozer in 1M? I see a lot of high freq results that should be faster than they are.

Hi Ekky. What vNB did you use? I found 1.50 bios set with loadline 100% to be a "killer" No seriously mobo died from it.

There is no 24x multi for ram. I have 2666c10 ram too, but still max bclk I can run 3d with igpu is ~102. There is simply a great need for higher mem-straps. I'll terrorize Jonas Klar with this problem for sure heheh.

Hey massman, help! I'm using the A85XA-G65. Though, hypers seem to work "ok". I think this could be fun with 2133 Mhz anyway, but no doubt the igp wants much more.

Eh, seems like msi dropped the support for 2400MHz ram, if it ever was there. Got the board yesterday and maxes out around 2160Mhz with 21.33 multi and slight bclk OC. Let's hope they fix it real soon.
