After having recieved my Semporn 140 CPU, I quickly started benchmarking.
As I saw in many times, this little chip has got an excellent memory controller, as much that it pushed my RAM up to 800MHz !
You should say that it's not much, but guess what ? It's some cheap Kingston ValueRAM memory (DDR3, 9-9-9-27, 667MHz, 1.6V @ stock).
But the most amazing this is that it's even stable (7-7-7-20) ! But, it needs 1.88V. So, air-cooling is at least required.
And BTW, my motherboard also supports up to 3GHz NB & HT Link, which is for me quite much.

PS: For me, it's high frequencies for air-cooling but maybe I'm wrong... Let me know down !
