For 2D only motherboard and memory can be shared, if you share a CPU it will not count, only one of you can submit... go for an E8500

nope only server hardware for the single core stage we are looking into the Timespy Extreme stage, maybe lower it also to normal Timespy? Sory for any inconvenience

for the different CPU socket, an example one E8600 CPU for S775 on a DDR3 board , if your country submits an E8500 on DDR2, the highest ref frequency will count and will make the other score redundant one CPU for 2011 one for AM2 A different CPU for AM3 ... Each country just needs subs of 8 different CPUs BUT related to the CPU-Z socket which is mentioned by CPU-Z... If you sub two S775 CPUs only the highest one will count for the compo...

if you already had benched everything, you only need to redo 2 benchmarks... in 12 days... don't shoot the piano player

Socket 1151 V2 is added by Frederik, plz fill in correct motherboard type and specs Background nr 1 added to the rulez Be aware thisbackground will rotate at the 1st of december, all benchmarks run with background nr1 need to be submitted at 30th November latest. Late submissions will NOT count!!!!

For the Qualifier both Timespy stages require a full run, the janitor has decided!!! The Total Score counts for the compo and it has to be validated and be valid at UL website too (don't forget that!!!)

yep all 1151 are classified as one socket due to the nature of the current database, so we go for that option makes the playing field a tad larger... I'll ask for 1151-V2 addition
