To set the affinity, just oepen task manager and clic right on the process. For the card itself, you have to test different drivers, some will work and some not. And sometimes it will not work under windows XP but will work with Windows 98 and again not all drivers will work with 98.

^^ I know you can flash a 5850 with a 5870 BIOS, But I wanted to know for a 5870 with a 5850 BIOS, to have 5850 specs (288 vec5, 72 units, and 725/2000 for the frequencies) and performance but on a 5870 Card

without killing it of course It's because for our Intel motherboards reviews we use the HD 5850, and the actual tester is at the Army but he will still review X58 boards. Other sockets will be reviewed by myself, but unfortunately we only have 1 HD 5850 and tons of HD 5870.
