No, i think arround 70k TW and 90 webPR Dual Areca i dont play anymore, some guys dont like it Its no App needed for this, with F2D or Autosizer i get 120k at 4,9

First its 4670k 2nd its r9 290, not 290x R9 290(X) is faster than 7970, Lightning 7970 at 1620/2000 scores less than r9 290 at 1150/1450
