I just say same as Beier (not all) ,.....thanks to Hicookie,to start this thread.
I try today again F12e for UP5......just didn't "go" as F12c.....boot only once with slew 4 with samsung to 2666....wtf.
Edit:
I must make a "Video" and send to relevant GB people.........again....
It's so hard to adjust BIOS for memory as Asus or Asrock?
Manual,no problem (XMP wrong)...yea CMD.
btw, same report send to Dino,Colin and Sin long time ago.
Only right CMD (1) with XMP ,I had with BIOS F6x for UP5.
This is my observation (and it's works) with D3H and UP5.
Sometime clear CMOS also help.
P67/Z68 is OK,
only Z77 series...... XMP set tRP to 13 and CR to 2.
I check with every owner who has 2133 8-9-8 and all report same.

What about XMP set Vdimm to 1.680V (or 1.668V) ?
If I have default Vdimm 1.524V in BIOS "MIT Current Status"......dram voltage didn't work (ET6 and GTL show crazy numbers).
Exchange two stick in the same channel (or sometime different) and getting default Vdimm 1.536V in BIOS MIT section......dram voltage work OK.
This also happen on my first board Z77X-D3H since first days.
Edit to my first post........
placing memory near to CPU socket (DDR3 3 & 4) give less code 51.
One more thing is interesting.......replacing the memory sticks also help.....?!
Just 2 days ago trying my TeamX 2600c10 @ 2700 in slots 1 & 2......(boot only twice with 10 try)....51
slots 3 & 4 no problem......
You are right......I am with UP5 back on F12c BIOS......F12e give me only headache.
And another 4 months Z87 coming.........!?
In reality,
XMP set Vdimm to 1.680V (UP7,UP5,...) and some Z77 boards to 1.668V, but never 1.650V ,Vtt and IMC are always set to default.
Also my TeamX 2600C10 XMP set CMD to 2 instead 1.
