I've must missed something - can you show were exactly I suggested to add a new feature, not related to content adding (read - text), but coding/feature adding? I didn't mean to make any coding. Though, the donate button works, so I should start seeking for Paypal transfer capabity

I mean similar article about the family or model introduction, pre-production facts and capabilities. For example, I don't see such a thing here: http://hwbot.org/hardware/videocard/geforce4_ti_4200_8x http://hwbot.org/hardware/videocard/rage_128_pro Just got these two first, don't think there's much besides them. The CPUs can be described too. And I don't understand the thing about checking the hardware specs or reorganizing some subfamilies to require a budget if I could make a full list what has to be fixed. Just click all pages and check for mistakes. For a small example - what is a Celeron doing here: http://hwbot.org/browseHardwareProcessors.do?cpuSubFamilyId=128 Or why is the 486 family showing a "crap" error? Or I missed something and these mistaked require manufacturer support in some indirect way?

Em, I'm not sure my e-mail wasn't added by RB to the black list So I'll repeat some Make a hardware database with a more full info, like this one: http://hwbot.org/article/news/gpu_1088 but make it for else categories (can make a community work - don't need to write by yourself). By this you will have maybe the biggest database about hardware specs, not only the performance. Yet again, the hardware specs that are presented should be cleaned - some have wrong description (core name, CPU names etc.). And I suggest some categories or I think better to call them "subfamilies" should be sorted - quite a mess in some of them. Do you need a list or ?

Thuban-ready bios - Uncovering secrets?
You were a bit inattentive this means Thuban support, I'm sure you know, just have missed that line.

Thuban-ready bios - Uncovering secrets?
I've checked in Biostar TA890GXE BIOS - http://www.biostar.com.tw/app/en/mb/bios.php?S_ID=474 It shows the ability to enable or disable Core Performance Boost Disable CPU cores Activate disabled cores (BIO-unlocKING) - which for now, seems, only is able to unlock third and forth cores only - not for Thuban. The max multiplier in Biostar is 31.5x. More than enough, though Massman, as for the ECC - AMD had this one for ages - since the presentation of AMD Hammer family it's just hidden in BIOS until you plug in a ECC memory stick I wanted to clear this as the are newsmakers beginning to reprint your words

Thuban-ready bios - Uncovering secrets?
Yes, I've seen the info on Asus - I just wanted to check another headline manufacturer. The idea on eight cores is unification - for the quad core we had to make a two bit machineID (haven't read the BIOS developers guide for ages so I quote as I remember it). When we go to six cores, we have to change the routine. So if we implement a three-bit, why not make an eight core? Anyway it will come out, so no double job. That's my idea. What can be said - this is obviously nothing to deal with server CPUs - already 12 cores there. Think it's for future desktop, lower tech. process for sure.

Thuban-ready bios - Uncovering secrets?
Yes, I know that, Massman and what I wanted to say is just that this method can be inaccurate. Sempron does Checked the Gigabyte ga-890gpa-ud3h - has only DDR3-1600 (the advertised 1866+ is via overclocking). Nothing interesting though - it's a board with integrated video. Then the 890XAUD3 - 790X+SB850. This one has DDR3-1600 too. Though it has core managing for six cores (deactivating, can't say whether this option can activate cores). The rest is not interesting.

I don't want to spoil the party, but what you are reading is just the BIOS strings - they are standardized and may be not implemented at all. But what I can say is that the board has the unlocking option for all six cores (and locking, as I think). I can add that the board has Core Performance Boost control - allows to select different modes (4 states) And yep, I can confirm that the DDR3-2000 string is used in the BIOS (can't say whether on all CPUs or only some of them). There's a great bunch of voltages also but I think they are quite common.

Ah, that's great Thank you.

HWBOT Translation - RUSSIAN // ...
Well, how about this one? Or tell me, how can I convert the text in required UTF-8?

HWBOT Translation - RUSSIAN // ...
Thank you! Now I can switch to the main one I've finished the 3.6 changes - can you check this small file because I'm not sure the text is in the right encoding. Waiting for your feedback. For two lines: userprofile_supported teamedit_team.avatar I'm not sure they should be translated. What are they for?

HWBOT Translation - RUSSIAN // ...
richba5tard, can you attach the current Russian language text file? I don't think I should redo the job that Neoforce and Donny did and my fixes being added - it's double work in most cases. Only thing I'll have to do is check it and add new revision lines, not translate the whole text.

gulftown ES vs Retail
GAZ-66 is a trusty car. Kamaz, ural and kraz are too. But when we go from trucks to cars, Russian ones suck. That's why in my city it's hard to remember a week you've seen a Russian car (not a truck or heavy vehicle). Well, let's stop offtoping or ask to split threads

Knowing how to use a CPU-Z bug makes full price only if you're going to cheat and half of the price if not. What really is in price - knowledge about how to trace out the fraud result and even more - close a bug. Might be not so easy as I'm figuring now.
