I have the same problem here. I can't change the BCLK from Command Center Lite. I already installed MEI driver for windows XP, but it's originally for ASUS Motherboard. Is there any particular MEI driver for windows XP at MSI Z97 MPower? Thanks for the help. r0yal_flush

Yeah, I got no choice back then. after doing some research, the thought of using Thuban came up because it may have a chance to match the sandy bridge. Too bad, it only hit 5.9Ghz. Had it been 6Ghz or more, it would have put a good fight there.
