That one is sold.Only 5960X available is 4500@1.215 (retested a few days ago ) CB R15.

Honestly this appears a user case problem.Not many people in the world manage to kill 3 5960x without using extreme cooling lol. Have you ever figured that maybe you set something wrong?Maybe you tighten the screws very hard on wb,etc.Killing 3 5960X has 2 possible choiches : a defective motherboard which happens time to time and then you should send it to RMA .b) your own mistakes which results in no possible fix.

Hello,
Again i have for sale another 2 good 5960x.Quick tested showed that they do cinebench R15 4500.4000 at 1.165 and 1.187 . Good cpu's with low vid and good cache and imc,had no problems doing 4700 cache on air or 3200c12 for imc. I am selling them because i already found what i need so maybe i help other people finding good cpu's for bench.
Cpu's come in tray in perfect shape.

1100E for better piece,1000E for "worse".

Up for sale two 5960X,one batch J504B484,one L427C333.Both pieces are tray !
The best of two does 4500 CBR15 @1.145 on normal air,second does same test at @1.23V.Not tested on cold,they both have very low VID, J504 has 0.944 and L427 has 0.912!
All tests were done with tight memory (3000C11) and 4000 cache.
Prices:
4500@1.145 CPU==> 1200E
4500@1.23 CPU==> 800E.
Payment methods are Paypal,Western or Bank Transfer,whatever suits the buyer and he pays the commision !

Just change that AIO with a proper one like thermaltake water extreme 3.0 or wc loop.I had one of those and after few weeks of use something went wrong and temps went through the roof,like 50c in idle...Also you did not mention the voltag used,at 1.45V for example your temps are pretty normal
