-122 -125C, tested two cpu from this batch and both had the same CB. I used Extech thermometer, it shows in LN2 - 191C, so mb CB is little bit higher but it is just my guess

Work fine with 5000MHz cache on air and high memory frequency Didn't tried to set 1.187V for SuperPi 32, just set 1.2V and found cache voltage(1.325V).
