ive seen this behaviour on just about every X58 board i tested, asus, evga, gigabyte etc etc. As SoF said no news there X58 chipset going wild a little when at the limit

maybe the CPU clocks are just not big enough to help cards scale higher in nature. It would be interesting to do these tests past 6Ghz hehehe but hey we've only got 5.7 to work with the both of us. I will test this also soon, have a couple of GTX275SOC cards i need to mod so will report how my scaling goes

yeah these cards were crazy hard to mod when we got them for that gigabyte vga comp so i just used lighting instead but lightning=dead
