Hehe - nope you aren't, in strong winters 10°C room temp is standard. @Holger I also benched 1x outside on our balcony, but it was a little bit difficult with the cables, my girl didn't liked, that the door was open the whole time cause of the balcony is next to the living room. But than came Dice and SingleStage - so no need for "Nature-Benching" anymore.

Nice score there Gluvocio and finally it's the time to open the windows again - i allways do that, my wife even took some pics while i'm benching - sitting there with jacket, gloves and wooly hat.

I will also begin again with benching PCM - much Thx to the Stuff and to anybody who helped to clarify the whole situation about tweaks, i really appreciate this. Regards DopeLex

For this challenge - i only used the 2 best one's. But had many RE's and those three are the best i tested with the time and years (i couldn't have enough of this sweathearts ). The third one is very good for 65nm CPU's (low PL and also high RAM) but not for 45nm FSB. Nevertheless - also good scores from you and also nice to see that DFI is still performing very well with the P45 Boards.

Ah that makes sense - quite difficult to be at 2 places at the same time. I will give the freezer a try - thx Daniel.

Freezing? Never heard about that - only baking in an oven, made that several times with gfx's. Maybe i should give it a try - can't get worse than now. Just put the sticks in a freezer bag and then in the freezer? How long and something special i have to take care about? Would be such a great thing if this would really help. Thats also sad - bought the kits on ebay or on a forum? Why you can't compete? Board dead or lack of time? Also tested my e8200 - no boot above 620 on air - maybe i will test my e8500 tomorrow which i still never checked for max fsb, depends on how much time i'll have after work.
