Oh and I thought mine was being annoying with cold, CB at -175 and CBB -150. It seemed to run more stable at around -155 even if it could go colder -

Hi friend, you are missing an important tweak for the benchmark. In benchmate, right click on GPUPI -> Tweaks and set IOCL Vectorizer to Off/Disabled
