  1. Have fun lads, I'll probably skip this year, unless some really exciting events and launches take place. Will follow the thread and see if I'm proven wrong. Hope Galaxy is hosting again, amazing team, great people, truely appreciate their kindness and focus on the overclockers. Once again, have fun! With Emirates, yes, not with cathay pacific and others. Emirates had good prices last year, think it was a campaign, can't find the sweet deals this year though, only 1100 Euro+ flights.
  2. Deffo For my part, sorry that I did not participate much, great arrangement by HwBot, if pointing out something annoying/stupid, which I obviously have to - it was that my GPS simply would not accept the location, was very hard to find *But maybe just following others will be solution? I was just being an idiot - default! I am certain that ObscureParadox is completely right, if its in central Europe it'll bring even more, however, I am tempted to suggest UK - for the simple fact that us scandinavians don't mind traveling, same goes for Benelux and Germany, while a 'few' UK clockers simply cannot accept more than 1:30 hrs journey **Not thinking of Gappo and the lads, not at all** Improvement suggestions; Before start of event, have a schedule ready, let it be open for others to see, for my part, I wanted to go to cover some, but I had no idea when the contest/challenges would be. You are right, I could have been there the entire stay - but I was not. Anyhow, summing up; Thanks for pushing the ball, hope it wont stop rolling, because this sure is good for OC!
  3. Awesome PJP, Hope you will bring it for Gigabyte party tomorrow night
  4. lol, baaaaaaaaaaad trouff! Ok ok, spot on computex is very hot and humid - personally its my second year going, I see a few ppl being first-timers, just tryin' to be helpful here. Oh shift, just given TeamAU inspiration for new t-shirts! On my way to the airport, see you guys on tuesday!
  5. Not going to argue with that. Without interest there isnt a drive.
  6. Correct, but judging from the age and having befriended the bloke for a few years on facebook I'd call it a qualified guess. Then I realized that for the path within IBM that was most appealing to me, I needed to do more studying.... I went from economy to engineering, but most definantly don't regret getting that experience. And by all means, it is a great experience traveling on your own to another country and trying to figure your ways in life - I think Massman can back me up on this one (especially considering that he is still in Taipei and seem to enjoy life there)
  7. Thank you for that title lol Nah, thought you wanted to see them speedos!
  8. They take care of relocation, its the norm, if you feel for it, go for it - best thing that could happen is that you start your career, worst thing is that you just get an experience for life. Unless you are in the middle of the studies, it's worth doing. And yes; I would know, I have tried myself back in 2008-2009
  9. Was 34.6C earlier today in Taipei, and seems to be increasing, anyhow, still recommend packing light clothes, especially for us Euro-cold-loving people.
  10. First of all not interested, but important question; Which sort of company is it? Might be of importance to find an enthusiastic person.

  12. Exactly By the way; Everyone, it is going to be a VERY HOT Computex this year, brace yourself, bring light clothes... I heard that we might be experiencing up to 42C
  13. have fun on 1st lads! Monstru, 7th I guess it will be on site at hwbot event? *or very close nearby
  14. WTF? You have to be joking! Thats terrible news
  15. ADATA party and you do not have any choice monstru! You and Alex' will be victims of my beer hunger on 4th
  16. Congratulations man! Glad to see you put the board to great use, and great you were able to fix the 'rocket mosfet', impressive!
  17. Yes/no/between MRT You just swipe the card, and you are good to go... You can use it for payment in many stores (family mart, 7-11 and so on) - you basicly just put money on the easycard, its useful because unfortunately not all places take VISA/Master, and the MRT function is awesome... Are they free PJP? If so, I'd like one as well... Got an easycard, but not bringing that one back/forth for obvious reasons
  18. The track Nick sent link to is in Taoyuan it seems.... That might be a bit far away?
  19. ordnung muss sein! As you can read in #1, the spot has been taken by XA, oh wait.... :p *hiding*
  20. Same question different words, people have been thinking that for more than 14 years, yet if you look at the roadmap, its still becoming smaller... So no, untill we stop seeing shrink every 12-18 months, I strongly doubt it.
  21. But, "The nowadays technology it's reaching it's limits(as fabrication process)." isnt that what we have been hearing about since 180nm in early 2000? (March) 14 years later, we still see roadmaps with shrink. The concept you are working on is quite interesting none the less, but I think using the fact that it CAN surpass with ease is what you should be promoting, not that the conventional is coming to its end, because no, you are not going to see Intel laying on its back like a dog unable to get up - it's simply too big a money-machine for that.
  22. Bromance overload in top6 this time around! XA, if you don't mind I'd like to ask you a few questions one of the days, regarding the OC scene of Poland
  23. Just answer "Yes, but it will die in half a year", that'll teach 'em
  24. 10/6 works just fine for me. And 390cc 13hp for everyone? Group private use 2 hrs 2*16K NTD, seems cool if many want to go, maybe I'm just a pu**y but grandprix 3x drivers for each gokart and 2 hrs works pretty well, no? 5-8 karts 15-24 drivers? Grandprix style prevents same weight for everyone, but its pretty darn certain that most can't keep focus for 2 hrs straight.
