G3258 batch: 3420B753 bunnyextraction chip, needs 1.45V to run cinebench r11.5 @ 4.7ghz on air (prolimatech armageddon). Still need to test under cold, will update with results asap.

This clockgen has an datasheet avaliable for public? Maybe it can clarify something about this mysterious fsbwall.

These parameters can raise the limit of fsb adjust, i mean, if the max u can set is 315MHz on the slider, it will raise this. If the problem isn't the max limit of fsb slider, I think this will not fix.

Did u has tried to change these parameters "PLL N"/"PLL M"?

I've tested my sample under DICE and got cb @ -50ºC / cbb @ -45ºC. Not sure if all Kaveri chips has this low cb but it's definitely not good... At least it's fun to bench. I've got all the gear except the GT610. For Stage 4, there is no 3dfx card that can run 3dmark03... Even the V5 5500 can only run 3dmark99/00/01 and AM3.
