Yeah cooling sucks on the N5, I scored 2599 on the G2, which has same cpu but it's much cooler when holding it. Fridge time :)

    Yep, N5 barely holds its max frequency for a very short time at full load, then throttles to much lower frequency.

    This cpu clock is only on paper :/

    Not that much apps use all cores though.

    Pretty much all Snapdragon devices throttle a lot. Honestly the only one I've seen to not do it is the Xiaomi
