Both of them delided and got the ihs glued back on. TIM under ihs is gelid gc-extreme. subaruwrc Posted January 21, 2015 Author Share Posted January 21, 2015 well I don't have that much imc data as the core was not that statisfying me to test. 5.2g hwbot prime is not a problem with 1.4v ring under ln2. 1.2v vring should be okay up to 4.5 gig.
