Calathea
Very impressive speed for that vcore - nice chip!
phobosq
+1, good chip, it will fly when frozen
TSdiesel
Very good chip, (Same as E8600) but very hot, peak 95-98 degree Celsius at 1.55 volt, 5250 Mhz and running Wprime 32m with watercooling in garage, 12 degree airtemp in garage. Same Wc and E8400 5000 Mhz 1.75 V make it at 85 C.
ludek
Subzero should give you a big improvement. Do not bench this @ water/air - it would be very undesirable if it's dead
phobosq
Had the same. 1.4V @air was 60 idle, dropping temp 100 degrees down gave like 500 MHz, but your chip seems one bin better. Try it on LN2, it should easily reach 6G if it scales.
