The use of E7984IMS.B5T to overclocking, 101 were unable to start

Make sure you clear the cmos before you attempt overclocking. I also noticed that whenever my overclock failed I had to clear cmos before making any changes.

Press F6 is clear CMOS? Or motherboard jumper?

I am using the mainboard jumper cleared, then overclocking, BLCK101 infinite restart

Clear CMOS is jumper or onboard button, F6 is to load default settings.

To overclock with Non-K BIOS you need to adjust manually BCLK + memory frequency + vCore all at once.

Is E7984IMS. B5T has a problem, because no one in the BIOS overclocking succeed

B5T I use is from the link of this thread...

Links to this post, I download after decompression, didn't find there are B5T

Download again, it has been updated.

I checked and B5T is present in the link. ;)

To download a compressed package, upgrade B5T, date is not the same as you

Outside the brush A6T DOS, frequency 101 also cannot be started

I have already collapsed

I don't know what is your issue, I tested B5T and A6T on Z170 KRAIT GAMING, both worked without any issue, so it must be something you doing...

All you have to do is to flash B5T

Set up max CPU ratio

Set up BCLK

Set up RAM frequency

Set up CPU vCore accordingly

That's all...

I had the new Z170A GAMING PRO CARBON laying around for some marketing stuff and I figured I'll give it a small shot as well.

Maxed the CPU to 4.6GHz and memory at DDR4-3554:

attachment.php?attachmentid=3834&stc=1&d=1453952445

FYI, with Loadline Calibration enabled and 1.4v set in BIOS, vCore in idle was 1.377v.

vCore under Prime95/OCCT load was 1.381v (+0.004v) all measured with Digital Voltmeter on PWM resistor.

It is also on par with the KRAIT GAMING motherboards and the Z170A-G43 Plus I've posted in previous post.

Max BCLK Straight Outta BIOS on Z170A GAMING PRO CARBON (no external clockgen on this board):

Nice and cheap GAMING boards for 24/7 setups. :)

BCLK various Settings are tried, more than 101 will not be able to start, CPU and RAM LED LED flashing

My configuration is:

Z170 KRAIT GAMING

I3 6100

Sapphire 370 x

ADATA 8 g 2400 X1

You can't ONLY setting bclk with those BIOS you will also have to set up memory frequency and vcore manually! ;)

I bought a memory, dual channel of overclocking success now

Originally a memory cannot be overclocking

Interesting... I'll have to test that!

Thanks for your feedback anyway and enjoy your clocking!

I'm sorry, I am happy too early, or a blank screen after restart

To change the power supply, graphics card, the problem is still unsolved

Try many times, only a success

Your BIOS Settings, can send a photo I look at it
