Tejira
Stage 1: Can we use like 8 i7 CPUs or we need to use different models? Stage 2: What do you mean by subfamilies? Sandy and Ivy CPUs or something more? Thanks for answer :-)
Administrators websmile Posted October 28, 2016 Administrators Share Posted October 28, 2016 On aboth stages different models of cpus are required. Subfamily means exactly this at stage 2 as well, 1155 socket but different cpu models
aerotracks
Stage 4: Are cards with same graphics core such as R9 Fury X + R9 Nano or 290(X) + 390(X) considered same model or different model?
Administrators websmile Posted November 8, 2016 Administrators Share Posted November 8, 2016 VGA model is determined by device ID
MrBreeze
Websmile, I asked Tejira's question about the 1155 stage in the main forum thread as well. So by "subfamilies" you actually just mean "models," right? So a country can submit, for example, i7-2700K and i7-2600K and both subs will count, even though they are both Sandy Bridge-K i7? Just want to be totally clear. Thanks!
Administrators websmile Posted November 8, 2016 Administrators Share Posted November 8, 2016 Yes, different models of the same cpu main family, so from SB 2600k and 2700k are allowed and both count to ranking
