Posted April 12, 20178 yr This is a bad-ass chip. I paid 1200 new 1 year ago from Amazon. Happened to be a fantastic chip. Surface has been very slightly lapped for better thermal contact. Performs in the 98th percentile non-overclock settings and in the 80th percentile on LN2 (which has more to do with my lack of knowledge of optimal OC settings). You can see the chip benchmark here I'm not a pro overclocker, but I have had this chip stable on 8 cores at 5600. I have clocked it up to 5800.
